✅ WordPress Website: Having numerous landing pages with keyword specific to the services we offer in the surrounding communities we cover. Some services are remote so we have landing pages for many of the most populated cities in Florida.
✅ Content creation: Writing longform value added blogs and even videos around topics that are important to our client base ensure even more exposure.
3 things that you’ve learned about hiring and retaining great talent?
✅ Hold your talent, help and subcontractors accountable. For notaries we hire, it is important that they are punctual and professional. Mistakes are ok, as long as they are willing to fix them.
✅ For freelance help we look at the reviews they have, and in many cases verify that those reviews are legit.
✅ For virtual assistants, we periodically will “audit” incoming calls or emails using a 3rd party group to provide us feedback.
