3 strategies that have worked to attract and retain customers? 

✅ Replying to relevant social media posts: (Reddit, Twitter, Indie Hackers) offering valuable information and explaining how our product can help.

✅ Powered by marketing: Each customer who embeds PriceWell on their website includes a “Powered by PriceWell” link that directs potential customers to our site.

✅ Affiliate program: We offer 40% affiliate commission (high for the industry) to web agencies that offer PriceWell as part of their service to clients.

3 things that you’ve learned about hiring and retaining great talent?

✅ Offering a fully remote environment. The co-founder and I have never met in real life and we have never had an office (having started during the pandemic) and don’t plan to. Everyone should feel comfortable working from home

✅ No pressure at work, ever, period. We offer a very relaxed working environment. We are bootstrapped so we never have to pander to pressures from investors. We set our own schedule and it’s always ok to take personal time.

✅ Hire multiple people for the same role. Especially when it comes to customer support, we try to hire two at a time to have redundancy and easily benchmark between candidates.
