3 strategies that have worked to attract and retain customers?
✅ TikTok. We’ve grown to over 1.2M followers and have had many of our product videos reach over 2M views!
✅ Twitter is a great channel for us to reach streamers. Making educational or meme content there specifically to reach out customers is very targeted.
✅ PLG. We have an affiliate program where users can refer a friend and get paid!
3 things that you’ve learned about hiring and retaining great talent?
✅ Don’t hire to “fill a role” hire to solve a problem. It should be very clear both to them and you what problem they are here to solve and what “success looks like”.
✅ As a founder its best to either do the role yourself or speak extensively with someone that knows what a good fit for the role should be.
✅ Give them an opportunity to speak candidly with other members of your team so they can get a good idea of what it’s like working at your company.
