3 strategies that have worked to attract and retain customers?

✅ Premium service: Only 2% of the candidates who apply get to call themselves Aim2Assist Virtual Assistants.  We truly only contract with the best of the best.

✅ Client Wellness: Frequent check-ins with our clients are key in ensuring all is well, allowing us to get ahead of major issues by correcting minor issues as they occur.  Reaching out to clients every 2-3 months avoids most issues.

✅ Referrals/Word of Mouth: We focus obsessively on creating an amazing experience for our clients by consistently providing a premium service.  95% of our business comes from current and past client referrals.

3 things that you’ve learned about hiring and retaining great talent?

✅ Vigorous screening and hiring process that we’ve found works very well: Through in-depth resume reviewing, technical and soft skills testing, behavioral interview, and vetting, we have discovered that if we shortcut any part of our process, we end up regretting it.  We’re very careful to stick to the original plan.  It works.

✅ Offer a safe, remote working environment – it’s no longer just about being safe in-house:  We live by and uphold our core values, in business and our personal lives, with a particular focus on “do the right thing”.  Our word means something because any relationship worth having should be built on a foundation of trust.  We don’t make excuses, we take responsibility.

✅ We’ve learned that keeping our EAs happy is the key to happy clients:  We treat our EAs like they’re the most important parts of our business – because they are!  We pay them a higher percentage than most virtual assistant companies plus we give them generous perks that aren’t typical for contractors.
