3 strategies that have worked to attract and retain customers?

✅ 1ON1 SEO Training primarily uses inbound marketing to gain a foothold in different niches and to make itself known to potential learners who wish to sign up for our services.

✅ Our brand of inbound marketing focuses on creating content that caters to target audiences. We integrate information like who this potential customer might be, their problems, and the solutions they’re seeking in search engine optimization.

Search engine optimization is relevant to numerous niches, markets, and industry verticals. Therefore, we try to cover as much ground as possible by appealing to different kinds of learners, from professionals from other fields to digital marketing professionals already engaged in the monthly cycle of creating, leading, or monitoring online campaigns.

✅ 1ON1 SEO Training retains customers by becoming the lead resource in search engine optimization. Our classes are held on a ‘one-on-one’ basis. As a result, learners can interact freely with the SEO coach/mentor and ask different questions, and the buildup of questions and knowledge transfer is progressive and consistent, too. Gaining access to such an essential source of information and being able to ask questions directly is a massive part of our success and customer success stories.

3 things that you’ve learned about hiring and retaining great talent?

✅ When 1ON1 SEO Training was just a small online presence, I wanted to expand by finding new staff who could handle vital tasks. Then, someone contacted me via LinkedIn Mail and offered virtual assistant services. I didn’t like what I saw, so I thought: where can I find the talent I need to grow the company?

I sought new staff from Craigslist and found my first employee, and later via referrals, the team grew. But again, I thought: I needed a way to find stuff like virtual assistants more independently. So using that idea, I established Virtual Assistant Philippines, which is steadily growing and is now a resource not just for me (who runs several companies) but also for other businesses that may want to connect with great talent directly.

✅ I used to be a manager in my thirties. One of my problems was I always had to hire new employees, and the ones left behind weren’t always the best. A huge part of why this was happening was that people were navigating toward better opportunities. Companies must realize early that they must keep and retain the best talents. Companies can do that by creating suitable conditions to make the employees stay while performing their best at work.

✅ The best employees are not just hard to find; they’re expensive to train. Instead of running through the cycle of constantly losing great employees and having to find new ones (and retraining them), the best approach would be to keep the best ones. This requires a consistent and conscientious effort for the business that wants to retain great talent.
