💰 Software License: We provide businesses with an e-commerce platform with an admin dashboard with several tools to automate administrative tasks, manage customer relations, marketing integrations, and several reports to improve kitchen efficiency.

✅ Providing excellent customer service: This can include responding quickly to customer inquiries and complaints, being friendly and helpful, and going above and beyond to meet customer needs.

✅ We use a feedback board to see how our customers use our product and what they need.

✅ We have a CSM team that outreach to customers to see their experience and ongoing usage of Sprwt.

✅ We look for 4 characteristics in new hires: work ethic, the ability to become a product expert, creativity, and coachability.

✅ Empowerment: giving our members the freedom to do their roles in manners they think will be more effective and reviewing these approaches to learn if we should implement company-wide practices.
