We are a service provider based in Thailand that delivers campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and benefits to more than 5,000 top companies in Thailand.

We proudly continue to expand and have customers all around the world. To meet client needs, we develop our competitive advantage, for example, In the same year, 2 billion emails were sent using a significant export infrastructure capable of supporting Thailand’s maximum export rate of up to 40 million copies per hour and supporting campaign analysis, monitoring, and speedy outcome checking.

Furthermore, we have added a variety of tools including SMS marketing and our BizChat, where you can use popular chat services like Facebook Messenger, LINE Official, Telegram, WeChat, and more to interact with your clients. Use a browser or app to conveniently share your products and services. Numerous chat rooms across various platforms are simple to manage as a result more sales for businesses.

3 strategies that have worked to attract and retain customers? 

A way to increase sales is using the BizChat platform, which has several features that will solve problems associated with customers. I.e. Integrate chat platforms in one place, store frequently asked questions and answers in one place, automatic translation system, and a summary of chat response reports.

Email Marketing. An automated email marketing tool. Create funnels and run automation campaigns that grow sales. Let automation take care of client leads, then notify them when ready for follow-up.

3 things that you’ve learned about hiring and retaining great talent?

✅  Make sure that every manager and team leader is qualified for their position. No matter how impressive our company is, people continue to follow individuals. People will adhere to excellent managers.

Encourage a more experienced employee to create or seek out their own growth opportunities. A less experienced employee frequently needs more framework around practical learning areas.

✅  If there is no progress, whether in terms of job opportunities or income increases, people won’t stay. To reduce attrition, we consider retention incentives or project-based compensation. And employees must feel appreciated as individuals and see a balance between rewards and contributions.
