At RedlineGoods, we make genuine leather, and top-grade automotive interior accessories. We’ve been in business for 20 years and we’ve carved a bit of a niche by being a pretty known brand for shift boots, steering wheel covers, and other interior accessories. Why interior accessories, and not complete interiors? Because all our products are meant for DIY installation by customers. We provide ample assistance and have an installer who can help, but 99.9% of our customers install their purchases on their own!

✅ To retain great talent, it’s crucial to let them express themselves: give them ambitious projects and a lot of liberty, if the project allows it.
✅ Always remember the old adage: everything comes at a price! One person is never good at everything. If they are creative, they are likely to be less-than-perfectly organized. If they are meticulous, they are rarely the kind of free spirit that brings creativity. Understand, and forgive, the shortcomings, to reap the fruits of their blessings.
✅ For manufacturing teams it’s absolutely vital to pay them above market if they can provide good quality and consistency. Such people are very rare, hard to come by, and easy to lose to other manufacturers, so making sure there is no discontent that could prompt them to look for greener pastures is a no-brainer strategy!
