We are a team of 5 full-time employees and another 5-10 remote contractors who all work together to help good organizations win.

πŸ’° Ongoing retainer marketing: we are the agency of record for clients to manage their digital advertising, email marketing, social media, blog content, video production, graphic design, and web development.

πŸ’° Graphic Design: we develop brand logos, illustrations, print collateral, pop-up banners, signage, and brochure.

πŸ’° Video production: we do pre-production, production, post-production, and campaign planning for video concepts. 

3 strategies that have worked to attract and retain customers? 

βœ… Clear reporting and tracking to ROI: as often as we can, we track leads through the conversion process so we can measure the actual ROI for clients of advertising dollars against actual revenue generated from those efforts. 

βœ… Dedicated customer service: our team is highly responsive and makes sure clients know we are going above and beyond to help them win. 

βœ… Signing the right clients: Most people talk about retaining clients, but the first part of retaining clients is signing the right clients in the first place. We place a strong emphasis on not signing clients that would be poor fits for us, but rather, we refer those leads to better-fitting agencies at the outset. 

3 things that you’ve learned about hiring and retaining great talent?

βœ… A psychologically safe environment: People need a psychologically safe environment to grow. If your team members are not 100% convinced that you, their leader, are on their side and want to help them grow, they will look elsewhere. 

βœ… Competitive salaries: People don’t often leave because of money, but you should always be willing to pay people what they are worth and provide for their needs. If you’re not doing that, no amount of good culture will keep them there. 

βœ… Knowing they can have autonomy and impact: No one wants just to do what other people tell them to. We focus on giving people a lot of autonomy in making value-based decisions for the agency, not trying to guess what Stephen would do and then being measured in how good of guessers they are. People often make decisions different from what I would make, and I let it happen – as long as they can show me that their decision was based on our core values.
