Infinite Discs is an online retailer of disc golf equipment. We primarily sell disc golf discs online, directly to consumers from our website We also sell select products on, Ebay, Walmart, and other third party websites.  In addition to our direct to consumer sales, we also operate a wholesaling platform where we some disc brands and products to other disc golf retailers.

How does the company make money?

💰 We sell more than 60 different disc golf brands directly to consumers on our website

3 strategies that have worked to attract and retain customers? 

✅ Search Engine Optimization: SEO was our original strategy that helped us become a relevant online disc golf retailer. If you’re the first company a consumer finds when they are searching online, you have a good chance of landing a sale. 

✅ Offering Products that Competitors do not: We have the largest selection of disc golf equipment in the world. People shop from us because we have discs and brands that they cannot find anywhere else. Our website is custom built and designed specifically for the disc golf niche which provides unique search tools and individual pictures of each disc. We work with dozens of artists to create unique artwork and disc designs ensuring our customers have an opportunity to buy a stylish and attractive disc.

✅ EMail Newsletter Marketing: Our most immediate bang for our buck and return on investment advertising comes from our email newsletter. Building a large newsletter list in a Niche market like disc golf is very effective. 

3 things that you’ve learned about hiring and retaining great talent?

✅ Good people are everything. When it comes to operating a successful business. When you find the good ones who are self motivated and proactive, do what it takes to keep them. Create new positions, be flexible with hours, find a way to maximize their job satisfaction.

✅ Share the success. To help keep good employees, we share in the company profits. This helps employees feel invested in the company and accountable for its success. 

✅ Create a positive work environment. In some cases, more than money, company culture and a positive work environment will help retain employees. A toxic environment where employees don’t feel appreciated is detrimental to keeping employees, especially with younger employees who culturally don’t handle criticism like past generations.
