β Offer competitive prices but focus on the customer. Since our products are technical in nature, we work with our customers to make sure what they purchase will work for them as they would expect. This can mean walking away from a sale when the customer may insist on purchasing something that will not work in their application.
β We concentrate on making sure our website content is informative. We go through great pains to make sure our specs are accurate and relevant. We include manuals, spec sheets, catalogs, etc. for all of our items.
β We found the key to attracting and retaining customers was simple. Treat a customer the way you would want to be treated. Since the day we opened, we answer all calls with a human, not voicemail.
