Virtual Latinos is a recruitment agency that specializes in providing virtual assistant and remote staffing services to businesses in the United States and Canada. Our mission is to help clients find and hire highly skilled and reliable remote professionals from Latin America who can assist with various tasks, including administrative support, social media management, customer service, content creation, sales, and more.

We are experts in creating perfect matches between our clients and VAs, which we achieve through a highly efficient, structured, and detailed selection process. By conducting one-on-one consultations with our clients, we are able to gain a thorough understanding of their specific needs and requirements, leading to successful, long-term working relationships.

At Virtual Latinos, we generate revenue by charging a small fee for guiding our clients through the entire recruitment process, from searching, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding their VA until they reach their goals.  Our team manually reviews, hand-picks, and only accepts the top 5% of Latin American talent into our community, and through our detailed hiring process, our clients have the opportunity to hire only the top 1% of candidates. We offer a variety of packages to meet the diverse needs of our clients and provide them with a range of options to choose from, based on their business needs and budget.

💰 Our Entry Level package starts at $8-10 per hour and is designed for businesses that already have established processes in place and can train any VA to complete their tasks.

💰 Our Mid-Level package starts at $11-15 per hour and is ideal for businesses seeking a Specialist VA with more experience and specific skills that can contribute to their business growth. 

💰 Our Expert Level package, which starts at $16-20 per hour, is for businesses seeking a virtual assistant who can act as a consultant and strategist to help take their business to the next level. These VAs have extensive experience and a wealth of knowledge to share.

Drawing on my experience as a digital marketer, I used this approach to ensure Virtual Latinos succeeded with Google organic search rankings. We crafted beneficial content, like tips for hiring VAs from Latin America and blog entries that we optimized to rank on Google.

✅ High-Quality Service: One of the best ways to obtain new clients has been through recommendations, which is why we prioritize providing excellent service from the very beginning. We want our clients to feel at ease and content with our hiring process. Once they start collaborating with our highly-trained VAs, they’re usually thrilled, leading to loyal satisfied clients who refer us to others.

✅ Inbound Marketing: We also ran small ad campaigns on Facebook ads. But we didn’t stop there. We talked to real people to learn about business dynamics and get feedback on our project.
