Bryden Apparel is a clothing manufacturing agency based in Singapore & China and we specialize in providing an end to end service for fashion brands to design, source, develop & manufacture their products.
Our goal is to help fashion businesses all around the world to create quality products easily from the comfort of their office or home.
Our customers are typically startups and SMBs (small to medium-sized businesses) and we take delight in helping them to compete with the bigger brands by offering a wide range of customisation & product options that are usually out of reach due to large order quantities imposed by traditional clothing manufacturers.

✅ Google Adwords – Google Search Engine marketing is a great way to attract customers at the start when we were not known and have the intent to work with us.
✅ Providing great customer service helps to retain customers and encourage word of mouth recommendations.
3 things that you’ve learned about hiring and retaining great talent?
✅ Getting The Right Fit – Over the years, we found that hiring based on personality that could fit into the company’s culture and values is more valuable than hiring based on skills or experience. A person with a positive attitude can greatly contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the team. Additionally, such individuals will be more aligned with the company’s mission and goals, which can decrease churn and lead to a more cohesive work environment.
✅Onboarding Process – If you want to get new hires up to speed and be more efficient, a proper and well documented onboarding process is crucial. This will help to prevent confusion for the new hires and they can have something to refer to if they do not understand fully. We use videos recordings, workflow graphics and process flow charts to augment the processes for their role so that it’s clear for them.
✅Constant Feedback / Evaluation / Support – Providing feedback and support to employees is crucial for both their personal and company growth. Regular feedback will help them to understand their strengths and weakness. A motivated employee will like to know how they can work better and feel that they can contribute meaningfully to the company, which is important for workplace happiness.
